Sloane Hayes opened Juniper House in 2018 after a decade working in derm offices and high-volume spas. The thesis was direct: a small studio with a single provider per client could deliver the kind of attentive, results-led skincare she could never offer in a fifteen-minute medical-spa slot.
Seven years later, the practice is intentionally limited to forty active clients per provider. Most are referred by other clients. Memberships are capped at a number that lets us keep showing up the same way every visit.

We use medical-grade products and devices, and our aestheticians are trained in advanced modalities like microneedling, peels, and LED. There are no generic menus or upsells, and your provider has time to actually look at your skin.
Yes — and we strongly encourage it. Your skin's results compound when one provider knows your history, your goals, and what we tried last time. You'll book the same provider unless you request otherwise.
Light treatments have no downtime. Microneedling typically involves 24 to 48 hours of mild redness similar to a sunburn. Medium-depth peels may have 3 to 5 days of light flaking. Your provider will walk through expectations before any device-based treatment, and we'll never schedule you for one before a major event without warning.
Yes. Three tiers — Studio, Signature, and House — each include a monthly facial and a tiered discount on treatments and retail. Most clients break even in the first two services and save meaningfully over the year.
Free reschedule or cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, we charge 50 percent of the service. No-shows are charged in full. We hold this line because it is the only way to keep our schedule honest for the next client.
