Yes. Linen service is a flat add-on per turnover. We handle bed-and-bath linen change-out and laundry, and restock paper goods, toiletries, coffee, and any owner-specified consumables on a checklist you set.
Owners issue us a unique alarm code or smart-lock PIN — never a master key. We log every entry and exit in the owner portal with timestamp and photos. Codes are rotated whenever a team change happens, and never shared between properties.
