  2. We prepare your proposal. You get the exact scope, price, recurring costs, and timeline.
  3. You accept the proposal and service agreement.Once you’ve signed off on the scope and terms, we confirm the content, access, and start date needed to begin.
  4. We build and you review. We refine the agreed work, test it, and deliver it with a walkthrough.
  5. Clear payments at agreed milestones. For the six-page website, $625 clears before build work and $625 after final preview approval, before launch. The basic one-page site uses two $125 installments.

Website timing. The six-page website targets one week after acceptance, cleared initial payment, complete materials and access, and our confirmed start. Your proposal confirms timing and dependencies.

Customer systems. A scoped first version of a custom customer and booking system is estimated at 1–2 weeks after onboarding. We confirm timing in your proposal; external integrations and approvals can affect the schedule.

Hosting, maintenance, support, third-party services, and any recurring or usage charges are clearly specified in your proposal before you approve anything.

Features to explore

Choose any add-ons you would like us to include in your proposal. Turn one on for a quick explanation; we’ll ask about the details later.

Review requests & customer feedback

Make it easier for customers to share their experience.

After a completed service or purchase, customers can receive a short feedback request and an invitation to leave an honest Google review. Reviews help future customers assess your business. Everyone receives the same review opportunity, regardless of their feedback; concerns can also trigger a private follow-up so your team can help.

Inquiry follow-ups

Keep useful conversations from falling through the cracks.

Confirm that an inquiry was received, alert the right person, and follow up at the right point in your process. We’ll agree on the messages, timing, and when automation should stop or hand over to your team.

Tailored inquiry forms

Get the details you need before the first conversation.

A form can ask the right questions for your service and organize the answers for your team. For example, service needs, project details, location, and preferred timing.

Booking, calendars & reminders

A clearer path from appointment request to arrival.

Collect appointment requests or offer available times, connect an agreed calendar, and send confirmations and reminders. We’ll match your scheduling rules, including whether your team needs to approve each appointment.

A referral program

Give word of mouth a simple, trackable process.

Customers can share a referral link or code, and your team can see who referred a new customer. If you offer rewards, we’ll define the qualifying action and approval process. Rewards apply to referrals, never to leaving a review.

Customer & project updates

Keep people informed while the work is moving.

Share agreed status changes, important milestones, or next steps with customers. Your team can approve messages or send them when a project reaches a defined stage.

Email, text messaging, calendar connections, and other integrations are scoped individually. Any third-party fees, usage limits, or setup requirements will be covered in the proposal.

What happens after you submit?

Submitting this form is not a purchase or project approval.

  1. Complete your project brief.

You can continue straight to your deeper project brief after submitting, and we’ll email you a link so you can return to it later. It asks about your pages, services or products, design preferences, and selected features. You can upload your logo, photos, and other materials there, or send them later.

  2. Review your proposal and agreement.

We’ll use your answers to prepare the exact scope, price, timeline, and any ongoing costs, along with the service agreement for you to review.

  3. Approve the plan, then we build.

After both parties accept and the initial payment clears, we confirm required materials, account access and your build start date.

You don’t need every photo or file ready to receive a proposal.

We use your details to follow up about your project and prepare your proposal. Read our privacy policy.
