We deploy your site and guide hosting setup. Light monthly hosting and care is available through the Launch Care plan starting at $50/month.

You own the final files and can edit them. Most clients prefer to have us handle small edits through Launch Care instead of touching code.

Yes. We structure and write clean, conversion-focused website copy based on your intake — you don't need to show up with polished marketing language.

Helpful but not required. If you have one, send PNG, SVG, or JPG. If you don't, we'll use a typographic mark and can refine it later.

Real work photos beat stock every time. Phone shots are fine. If you have nothing, we'll use clean stock that fits the brand.

No. We deliver strong, conversion-focused websites — but we don't guarantee specific search rankings, lead volume, sales, or revenue. Business outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

One consolidated revision round is included with every package. Submit all edits at once via the revision request form. Extra rounds and major redesigns can be quoted separately.

Stripe sends a receipt and a link to start your intake. Complete the Tally intake form, drop your assets, and your build clock begins on the timeline in your quote.

Missing or incomplete intake info, missing logo or photos, domain access issues, late feedback on the preview, or major changes outside the included revision round.

While you're on Launch Care, your website is hosted on Launch Labz's premium infrastructure. We manage the hosting, security, and uptime so you don't have to think about it. Your domain (which you own and control through GoDaddy or your registrar) points to our hosting. If you ever decide to cancel Launch Care, you can migrate your site to your own hosting via our $50 handoff packet — your domain stays yours throughout the process.

We don't sell domains directly, but we offer a Domain Setup Service ($25 one-time) where we configure DNS and connect the domain to your new website. You register the domain in your own name through GoDaddy and add Launch Labz as a delegate on your account; we handle the technical setup. The domain itself is billed by GoDaddy directly (typically $10–20/year).

Already have a domain? No add-on needed — we'll guide you through pointing it at no extra charge. Want to register your own without our help? We'll send you a short guide. See domain options on the pricing page.

You do. Always. Even when we use Domain Setup Service to configure a domain on your behalf, the registration is in your name with your contact information through GoDaddy. You retain full ownership and account control. Launch Labz never owns customer domains — we only configure them if you want hands-off onboarding.

Your site lives on Launch Labz's premium hosting while you're on Launch Care. When you cancel, you have two options:

Option 1 — Handoff Packet ($50): A clean ZIP of your source code plus a one-page guide for hosting it anywhere (Netlify own account, Cloudflare Pages, or any web host) and a DNS migration guide. Self-serve from there.

Option 2 — No action: We'll send multiple reminders. 30 days after cancellation your site is taken offline. Your domain remains yours throughout. You can re-subscribe to Launch Care within 6 months to restore the site from archive.
