These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Launch Labz services. By purchasing a package or engaging Launch Labz, you agree to these Terms.
01Services overview
Launch Labz provides website design, development, copywriting, and optional ongoing website maintenance for service businesses and professionals. Specific deliverables are defined by the package you purchase.
02Payment terms
Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your build slot. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are in USD unless otherwise noted. Pricing is subject to change for future clients.
03Timeline
The project timeline — including the 72-hour Starter turnaround — begins after you have submitted a completed intake form and provided all required content and assets (logo, services, copy inputs, photos if applicable, reviews if applicable, and any domain or booking links). Missing or delayed assets, delayed feedback, or changes outside the included revision round may extend the timeline.
04Revisions
The Starter package includes one consolidated revision round. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted and billed separately. Larger packages may include different revision terms, which will be defined in the applicable package.
05Client responsibilities
- Providing accurate and complete business information
- Supplying required content, assets, and access promptly
- Responding to preview and revision requests in a timely manner
- Ensuring the client has the right to use any content or images provided
- Providing domain login or DNS access if applicable
06Results & performance
Launch Labz does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead volume, revenue, or business outcomes. Every site includes basic SEO structure, but SEO results depend on many factors outside our control. We do our best work and deliver strong conversion-focused design, but business results are not guaranteed.
07Monthly maintenance
The Launch Care Plan is an optional add-on starting at $20/month (intro rate). It covers minor monthly text and photo updates, form and link checks, basic support, hosting guidance, and simple tech help. Maintenance is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Monthly pricing is introductory and may increase for future clients.
08Cancellations & refunds
Because work begins promptly after payment, website build fees are non-refundable once project work has started. If you need to cancel before work begins, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. Monthly maintenance can be cancelled at any time for the next billing cycle.
09Intellectual property
Once the project is fully paid, ownership of the final delivered website files transfers to the client. Launch Labz retains the right to display finished work in portfolio, marketing, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Launch Labz retains ownership of underlying templates, systems, and proprietary methods.
10Third-party tools
Your project may involve third-party services (such as Stripe, Tally, domain registrars, hosting providers, and analytics tools). Use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Labz' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Launch Labz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
