These are the current general service terms for new Launch Labz proposals. Your completed proposal and agreement must be accepted by both parties before work begins. Project-specific accepted terms control over any conflict here. Existing accepted agreements are not changed by this update; submitting an intake is not acceptance or payment authorization.
01Services overview
The $1,250 Website in a Week + SEO package includes six custom pages built from scratch, website copy, a standard contact/quote form, six-page SEO setup, a supported booking/CRM connection such as Jobber or Housecall Pro, newsletter signup integration, social launch graphics, domain connection, launch support and three consolidated revision rounds. Branding and third-party subscriptions are separate. The Basic One-Page Website is $250 for one page with four sections: introduction, service overview, about or selected work, and contact. Mobile-friendly design, supplied-content formatting, contact links and domain connection are included. No SEO service, branding or custom integrations are included. Extra standard pages are $150 each. A custom simple booking system starts at $399. Custom Automation Systems start at $1,500. These are new-quote defaults; existing accepted agreements remain in effect.
02Payment terms
The six-page website is $1,250: $625 after both parties accept and before work, then $625 after written final preview approval and before launch or file handoff. The $250 basic site uses two $125 installments. Other payment plans may be agreed in writing. Existing accepted proposals retain their agreed terms. No payment method is charged without separate authorization.
Installments are advances against the work, not automatically earned cancellation charges. The proposal states installment amounts, milestones and deadlines. No late fee or interest is added under these defaults.
03Timeline
Website in a Week + SEO targets one week from both-party acceptance, cleared initial payment, complete materials and authorized access, and our confirmed start date. Revisions, third-party dependencies and final approval can affect the launch date. Your proposal confirms timing; public launch and file handoff follow final approval and cleared payment.
04Revisions
Three consolidated revision rounds refine the agreed scope. Submit one collected list for each round; saving notes does not use a round. Corrections needed to meet the agreed scope do not consume a round. New direction, extra pages, integrations or further rounds require written scope, price and timing approval first.
05Client responsibilities
- Providing accurate and complete business information
- Supplying required content, assets, and access promptly
- Responding to preview and revision requests in a timely manner
- Ensuring the client has the right to use any content or images provided
- Providing authorized delegated domain access when needed; do not submit passwords through forms
06Results & performance
Launch Labz does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead volume, revenue, or business outcomes. The six-page package includes the agreed SEO setup; the basic one-page package excludes SEO services. SEO results depend on factors outside our control. We do our best work and deliver strong conversion-focused design, but business results are not guaranteed.
07Monthly maintenance
Launch Care is optional at $50/month: hosting, SSL management, routine maintenance and applicable form/link checks, email support, and 30 minutes of small text or photo updates per calendar month. Unused edit time does not roll over. Maintenance checks and support do not use the edit allowance.
Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, with an initial response within one business day. Site-down reports receive priority during those hours. Response targets are not guaranteed resolution times or 24-hour support.
The first 30 days after delivery and extra days before the first qualifying 1st are included. The first charge date is confirmed at delivery; recurring billing then falls on the 1st. Autopay requires separate authorization. Rate changes require advance written notice and agreement.
08Cancellations & refunds
Cancel unfinished work in writing. Only fully completed phases with the agreed evidence are chargeable: the standard website has four phases at 25% each, small add-ons two at 50%, and larger CRM/automation work four at 25%, each separately priced in the proposal. No charge for partial phases, hours worked within an unfinished phase, or earlier free outreach concepts. Charges are capped at the agreed service price plus approved changes and preapproved nonrefundable outside costs, counted once. Payments already made are credited. We send an itemized statement and initiate any undisputed excess-payment refund within five business days; payment-provider processing may take longer. Before work starts, no build fee is earned. If we cannot finish or fail to resolve a material scope problem, only completed, conforming, usable phases are charged. Your proposal states the exact phase deliverables, completion criteria and dollar values before acceptance.
Paid, completed work is handed over within five business days of the later of written cancellation and cleared amounts due. Client-owned materials and access are returned regardless of a fee dispute.
09Hosting & post-cancellation
Once the build is fully paid, the transferable website files, permitted assets and basic setup notes are included. We provide them within five business days of the later of your request and full cleared payment. Extra migration work is separately scoped and approved.
Cancel care by emailing hello@launch-labz.com before the next billing period. Service continues through the paid or included period and future charges stop. We coordinate the hosting end date and included handoff. We retain the project archive for 90 days after service ends and give at least 14 days’ email notice before deletion; both periods must have elapsed. Your domain, email and hosting with another provider are not disabled.
For overdue invoices, we send separate written notices on days 3, 7 and 14 after the due date. A third notice states the suspension date, at least seven days after its actual sending. Managed hosting suspension can occur no earlier than day 21 and only after all three notices and the deadline. A late notice delays suspension. Good-faith disputed amounts are reviewed without suspension based solely on that amount. Suspension does not transfer ownership or delete content.
10Domain ownership & registration
Your domain remains in your name with your chosen registrar. You maintain registration, renewal payments and account access unless expressly agreed otherwise. Domain fees are separate from Launch Care. For included connection work, provide delegated access or have your domain manager apply the approved settings. We preserve existing email and unrelated records. Transfers and additional DNS work require agreed scope and authorization.
11Intellectual property
Once the project is fully paid, ownership of the final delivered website files transfers to the client. Launch Labz retains the right to display finished work in portfolio, marketing, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Launch Labz retains ownership of underlying templates, systems, and proprietary methods.
12Third-party tools
Your project may involve third-party services (such as Stripe, Tally, GoDaddy and other domain registrars, hosting providers, and analytics tools). Use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
13Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Labz' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Launch Labz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
14Changes to these terms
Future changes will show an updated date. This page does not retroactively change an accepted project agreement; changes to accepted scope, fees or terms require written agreement.
